Originally conceived as a one-bedroom apartment, Banesa Lalez was reimagined by us into a non-conformist layout that introduces two separate sleeping areas while expanding the living room into a central, generous social zone. The transformation challenges conventional residential planning — instead of rigid partitions, a vibrant green core organizes the space, integrating kitchen and storage while acting as a visual and functional divider.
Soft curtains replace walls, creating a flexible sequence of zones that can open or close depending on use and mood. The material palette balances playfulness and calm: lacquered surfaces, terrazzo floor, raw concrete ceiling, and tactile fabrics in red and sand tones.
This interior becomes a statement of spatial freedom — compact yet expressive, intimate yet open. It turns a standard apartment into a living experiment of adaptability, color, and human comfort.
