Nestled within a gentle hillside, Shtepia ID is conceived as a quiet dialogue between architecture and landscape. The house unfolds across three levels that follow the natural terrain, allowing direct access to the garden from both upper and lower floors.
Natural brick, green-patinated metal, and textured wood form a warm, timeless palette that matures with the environment. The composition balances solidity and lightness, a brick base grounded in the slope, and a roof that almost disappears into the trees.
Inside, the spaces flow around light and views, connecting living, resting, and outdoor areas through long visual lines. Designed as part of ARTEC Studio’s ongoing exploration of architecture that serves without shouting, Shtepia ID reflects the principle of to see and not be seen, a home that belongs to its place rather than standing apart from it.
