Studio ARTEC is a multidisciplinary architectural and design practice based in Prishtina, Kosovo, with roots dating back to 1993 when it was founded by architect Xhelal Llonçari. Re-established in 2010 by architect Ilir Llonçari, the studio works across architecture, interior design, construction management, and historic conservation, creating spaces that are functional, lovable, and enduring.
Our approach is rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and the use of natural materials, working from the inside out so every facade truthfully expresses the life within. Cultural reflection, ecological responsibility, and multi-sensory engagement (sight, touch, smell, sound) are central to our process. Creatively positioned as di°verge|ent, we deliberately diverge from the conventional to deliver spaces with timeless value.
