Vila in Kruce

ARTEC Studio proudly presents its latest residential project, a sculptural and serene house nestled into the hillside, designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings while offering an elevated architectural experience.

The house emerges from the terrain with a minimalistic form and a strong horizontal expression. A monolithic concrete volume anchors the residence, while large glazed openings frame panoramic views, blurring the boundaries between interior and landscape. The project’s material palette — concrete, natural stone, wood, and black metal — evokes both permanence and warmth, carefully balancing mass and transparency.

Designed for a private client, the residence is a contemporary response to rural living, where architecture serves both function and poetry. The house’s massing is composed of a long linear base with living spaces oriented toward the view, and a sculptural overhanging box — a distinctive feature that provides shade and a strong visual identity.

Every design move reflects ARTEC’s commitment to authenticity, restraint, and sensory richness. The shifting interplay of light and shadow, the tactile honesty of materials, and the subtle integration into the topography all contribute to an atmosphere of quiet sophistication.

This project continues ARTEC Studio’s ethos of “keeping it real” — honoring context, clarity, and craft in every detail.
