Studio ARTEC Receives Two Honours at the BUILD Architecture Awards 2026

Studio ARTEC has been recognised with two awards at BUILD Magazine’s Architecture Awards 2026:

  • Best Multidisciplinary Architectural & Design Practice 2026 – South East Europe
  • Best Restaurant Interior Design Project 2026 (South East Europe): Zucca Cucina

These honours mark a meaningful milestone for the studio, recognising both the breadth of its architectural and design practice and its work on Zucca Cucina.

Building on its 2024 recognition, Studio ARTEC continues to pursue a distinctive design approach that brings together spatial clarity, sensory experience, and an understanding of how people inhabit spaces. The award for Zucca Cucina places particular focus on the studio’s restaurant interiors, where atmosphere and function come together to shape the dining experience.

Founded by Ilir Llonçari, Studio ARTEC approaches each project with a commitment to authenticity, attention to detail, and design with purpose. This year’s recognition celebrates the collective effort of its team and the trust of the clients and collaborators who help bring its work to life.

With gratitude for these honours, Studio ARTEC looks ahead to new opportunities to create thoughtful, expressive spaces across Southeast Europe and beyond.

CVO of Studio ARTEC took the stage at SHARE Kosovo 2024

Architect Ilir Llonçari, CVO of Studio ARTEC, took the stage at SHARE Kosovo 2024, held at the Swiss Diamond Hotel in Prishtina, to deliver a compelling keynote titled “Keep it real!” — a powerful call for authenticity and precision in contemporary architectural practice.

As part of the global SHARE Architects series, the event brought together leading voices in architecture and design to explore forward-thinking trends, critical approaches, and the evolving role of architecture in shaping society.
